Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs – except for additional costs arising because you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us – without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us that you are exercising your right of cancellation, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation expires once the service has been fully performed if you expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the cancellation period has expired and confirmed that you understand you will lose your right of cancellation once the contract has been fully performed.
